As consumers we hate feeling like we've been tricked by what a brand offers us. That 'spin' which promises great things but the reality falls short. That's what we call the 'raincloud nine' effect. So, is it a problem caused by a) an over-zealous team of marketers, or by b) a brand team at the core attempting to make their company something its not and never will be?
